All design and production processes are professionally managed using a total of 13 licensed engineering and manufacturing software programs .

Thanks to this software infrastructure, all stages, from mold design to tool paths, production planning to process monitoring, are carried out in a controlled, traceable and efficient manner.

CNC Milling Technology

To ensure high precision in mold manufacturing, production is carried out using a total of 8 CNC milling machines .

Our machinery fleet:

• 1 x 5-Axis - Hermle B300

• 7 Pieces 3-Axis - YCM

Working Dimensions: 1300 x 700 x 700 mm
Maximum Speed: 60,000 rpm

It provides superior performance in the production of mold components requiring high surface quality and precise dimensions.

EDM and TEL Erosion Technology

A total of 4 EDM machines are used for mold details with complex geometries .

• NEU-AR CNC-A90 ATC-4

Working Dimensions: 1000 x 600 x 600 mm

Internal geometries requiring high precision and intricate details are successfully produced.

• SPM EZ30S

Working Dimensions: 600 x 400 x 400 mm

Mold parts requiring precise sections and high tolerances are machined with maximum accuracy.

Injection Molding Part Manufacturing Technology

Our facility has a total of 25 plastic injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 120 tons to 800 tons . This wide tonnage range allows us to offer effective solutions for different production needs, from small, delicate parts to medium and large-volume plastic parts.

Our injection molding production capacity:

• Number and model of machines: There are a total of 25 Yizumi brand injection molding machines.

• Machine capacities: 120 tons – 800 tons

• Piece weight: 1 gram – 3.5 kilograms

Thanks to this robust infrastructure, both small, high-precision parts and large-volume plastic parts can be produced to high quality standards. All production processes are managed through the PDS production tracking and control system , and every stage of production is monitored and recorded in real-time. This system ensures that processes are carried out in a completely controlled, traceable, and repeatable manner.

During production, our experienced quality control team continuously monitors the line, regularly checking part quality, dimensional accuracy, and process stability. Potential deviations are detected before they occur, and necessary interventions are carried out quickly.
